  • 45 second 2-hand kettlebell swing

  • Skater lunges - 30 sec
  • Chest press - 30 sec
  • Skull crushers - 30 sec
  • lat pulldown - 30 sec
  • Bunny hops f/b - 30 sec
  • Bicep curls - 30 sec
  • 1 hand alternating kettlebell swing 45 sec
  • Bent rows - 30 sec
  • Alternating lateral raises - 30 sec
  • Bunny hops side/side - 30 sec
  • Flat back rotating arms - 30 sec

Set B. 

  • Stair Sprints - 1 flight 3 times

Set C.

  • Squats w/weight - 30 sec
  • Walking lunges- 30 sec
  • Wall sit - 30 sec
  • Clean and Press - 30 sec
  • Crab walk w/band - 30 sec
  • Flat foot jump on box - 45 sec
  • Bridges w/band - 30 sec
  • Fire hydrants - 30 sec
  • Hip abductors - 30 sec
  • Hip adductors - 30 sec
  • Donkey kicks - 30 sec
  • 1 Hand high pulls - 45 sec

     G. Overhead Dumbell raise x 2

     H. Dumbell row x 2

3. Lower body X 2

    A. Lunges - 1 minute

    B. Squats -1 minute

    C. Deadlifts - 1 minute

    D. Fire Hydrant - 1 minute each leg

    E. Abductors - 1 minute each leg

    F. Aductors - 1 minute 

4. Abs X 1

    A. Situps 1 min

    B. Oblique twist 1 min

    C. Reverse sit-ups 1 min

    D. Windmill 10 on each side

    E. Plank - 30 sec to 1 min
